Vinay says, "Thrillophila Kerala Trip Review: A Memorable 5-Day Adventure Our recent 5-day, 4-night trip to Kerala with Thrillophila in February was nothing short of spectacular. From the lush landscapes of Munnar to the serene backwaters of Alleppey, every moment was filled with wonder and delight. Firstly, our journey was greatly enhanced by our driver cum guide, Shamon Manamkavil. Shamon's warmth, extensive knowledge, and assistance were invaluable throughout the trip. His adept driving skills and fluency in both Hindi and English added an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment to our experience.
In Munnar, we spent two delightful days exploring its treasures, including a visit to a chocolate factory, strolling through tea gardens at Ripple, admiring the beauty of the dam and eco point, and immersing ourselves in Kerala's traditional martial arts. Our accommodation provided by Thrillophila was exquisite, offering breathtaking views, delectable food, and a tranquil atmosphere. Moving on to Tekkedy, we embarked on an unforgettable journey through Periyar National Park via boating, soaking in the natural splendor and wildlife encounters. Then came the highlight of our trip – a luxurious houseboat experience in Alleppey.
The premium service, coupled with sumptuous food, against the backdrop of Alleppey's enchanting scenery, left us enchanted. Lastly, as our flight departure was late at night from Kochi, Shamon went above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our remaining time, expertly managing our schedule. Our experience with Thrillophila was exceptional, and we highly commend them for curating such a remarkable journey. 4. Kaustubh Palav's Kerala Trip
Kaustubh says, "The trip we planned was for 4 nights and 5 days to Kerela, which includes 2 days in Munnar, 1 day in Thekkady and 1 day in Alleppey Houseboat. I would like to thank Rupali Sharma and Thrillophilia Team for arranging the trip in short notice and constantly keeping in touch to know the trip whereabouts. On arrival we were received by our tour operator Shammas who is local from Munnar and was an excellent tour guide. We stayed in Amuse Vista and the Hotel was good as expected. The rooms were cleaned and the service was good. They have a nice restaurant on the ground floor where we went for dinner along with a Massage Centre.
The breakfast provided was typical Kerala food along with with some North Indian dish like Chole Bhature for those who don't prefer typical Kerala Food. In my suggestion take small quantity of all the dishes and explore the cuisines of Kerala. In Munnar we saw Traditional Kathakkali and Kalaripayattu performance. Tea Garden & Tea Factory. Spice Garden. Flower Garden. Eravikulam National Park. Spice Garden. And to our experience the first 2 days in Munnar were simply moments to capture for life.
On our 3rd day they took us to Kalpavanam Elephant Park where you can go for Elephant Safari, or you can simply feed or bathe the beautiful animal. That is something I would recommend you all to try. In Thekkady we were suppose to go to Periyar Natinal Park, but all the time slots were booked, please book your slots in advance. I would recommend going for half day Trek or Boat Safari. As we had no slots available we opted for 3rd part Jeep Safari. We were then taken to our 2nd Hotel in Thekkady, The Elephant Route.
The hotel looks vintage with all wodden infrastructure and provides good service. If you wish you can go for Kathakkali and Kalaripayattu performance which is right next to the hotel. You can go to Tuskers Cafe for your Lunch and Dinner which is walking distance from the hotel. They provide excellent and reasonable food. On our 4th day we travelled to Alleppey for our Houseboat stay, we were staying with Blue Greens Houseboats. They were on time and picked us up by 12. The service was excellent, provided by a welcome drink, typical Kerala Lunch and Dinner. We were also offered pakoda and chai in the evening.
All the food was cooked in the boat itself and was very tasty. We spent the whole day in houseboat and also enjoyed Kayaking. You can also buy fish if you wish to add some menu to your dinner, we purchased Crabs and they were nicely prepared in the boat and served for dinner. 5th morning we were dropped at the same location where we were picked from, and we started our journey back to home. One our way to Cochin Airport we went to Kerala Folklore Museum and had our lunch at Dhe Pattu which is restaurant owned by Indian Moviestar Dileep.
5. Sam Chapman's Kerala Tour
Sam says, "I think we needed more information on the time that it takes to drive to the destinations. We ended up changing our flights so that we didn’t miss the first day and had to cut short our last destination as it was too far to drive back and catch our flight. Having said that the hotels were good and once we established a contact with a Thrillophilia rep the support was good. I would book again but before booking I would ask a lot more questions."

We had a great time there.The cab driver Nabeel CK was very polite and well experienced. He knows all the places very well and took us to the best restaurants which made us start and end our day with yummy treats. All the site seeing was well planned and executed. Accommodation provided was also clean and neat with breakfast facility. Kamini Kumari from thrillophilia support team was in continuous contact with us to make sure that we are having a best time without any issues and concerns. Pragati says, "This was really an awesome trip. We enjoyed a lot. We took premium package and the stays and breakfast buffet was really good. I believe driver is the person who defines how our trip would be, because I have been to other parts of India and I know the issues that happens because of driver. But our driver Shefin was really very knowledgeable and knew everything. He was very polite. We just told him what all we want to cover and he ensured it's completed. Not only that, he made sure that which kathakali, kalari shows are the best and he took us there. He helped us with each and everything. Also he referred us for a good spa in Kerala. 10. Manideep Gurram's Kerala Trip
Manideep says, "This is 3rd trip I planned with Thrillophilia. We started the trip as planned. Starting from picking us up from airport and dropping off, everything went smoothly. We haven’t encountered any issues with hotels, car, driver etc. The car driver whose name is SANEER is very polite and knowledgeable. He went on explaining about the places, showed some beautiful locations where we took lot of pictures and suggested some local jeep rides as well. I would say those rides are worth. We have covered Munnar, Thekkady, Allepuzha & Kochi in 5 days. I know it’s a lot of travel, but we enjoyed it. Overall, the trip was worth.
